Nova Atlantic makes the Portuguese Electronic Complaints Book available to consumers through the official platform managed for this purpose. You do not need to contact us first before using the official complaints channel.
To submit a complaint, open www.livroreclamacoes.pt and select the option to make a complaint.

1. Open the official Electronic Complaints Book portal.
2. Choose the option to submit a complaint and verify your email address when requested.
3. Identify the supplier or service provider using the legal entity LEGENDÀSRISCAS LDA. and NIPC 519470990.
4. Complete the complaint form and attach any documents that help explain the matter.
5. After submission, the platform sends confirmation and routes the complaint to the company and the competent authority.
The Electronic Complaints Book is an external official platform. Personal data submitted there is processed under the platform's own privacy information and applicable law. Nova Atlantic receives and handles complaints routed to it in order to comply with legal obligations and respond to the matter.
Access to the Electronic Complaints Book is provided under Decreto-Lei n.º 156/2005 of 15 September, as amended, including by Decreto-Lei n.º 74/2017 of 21 June, and Portaria n.º 201-A/2017 of 30 June.
