Nova Atlantic has announced Belas, a new collection of 46 private residences crowning the highest point of Belas Clube de Campo, the established 318-hectare gated estate in the Green Hills above Greater Lisbon. The development comprises 8 semi-detached villas and 38 townhouses in T3–T4 typologies, designed for family life on one of the region's most established addresses.
"Some addresses cannot be created, only earned over time," said Eyal Litwin, Co-Founder & Head of Development at Nova Atlantic. "Belas Clube de Campo has been home to 1,200 families for more than three decades, and our development takes the single best position on the estate: its highest point, with views across the golf course to the hills beyond."
Architecture is by Eduardo Capinha Lopes, resident architect of Belas Clube de Campo since the 1990s, whose work on the estate includes Martinhal Residences and Ageas Tejo. Villas will offer 250 m² above ground plus 80 m² below, with private pools and gardens; townhouses will offer 180 m² plus 80 m², with shared pools and private gardens. The estate's 18-hole championship golf course, on-site primary school, 24/7 private security and health club remain in daily use by residents throughout construction.
Belas sits about 20 minutes from central Lisbon and the international airport, with UNESCO-listed Sintra minutes to the west and the Cascais coast a similar drive. No prices have been published; qualified buyers can register interest directly with the Nova Atlantic team.
